WE WELCOME VOLUNTEERS

If you would like to help children and teachers in our schools to improve their English and with other activities, you are welcome to come and stay with us.

Visiting Siem Reap is an adventure of itself. The proximity of the majestic Angkor Wat has led to Siem Reap receiving more than a million visitors per year.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of tourists only stay for a couple of days and do not experience the extreme poverty.

CCAHA is located 12 km North East of Siem Reap City.

As a volunteer, you will work for five hours per day teaching English, computer skills, sport activities and assisting with related projects and activities.

We can receive five to six volunteers at a time and we would like you to stay for a month or more. Two weeks as a minimum to make as much teaching continuity as possible.

Either you can stay in the city of Siem Reap and go by tuk-tuk to the schools, or we can accommodate you in a local home in the village.

If you stay in the village we can even help you to learn how to cook Cambodian dishes, and you will get a much better knowledge of the local culture.
